Aside from my commitment to my work career, I enjoy many activities in my personal life. First and foremost, I love and adore my family. My wife of 29 years and my daughter and son who I am extremely proud of in so many ways. In addition to spending as much time with them as I'm able to, I enjoy a few other activities such as photography and videography, grilling and fishing.
Photography
Photography as been a passion of mine for many years. As an amature photographer I have photographed several weddings in the past and also submitted photos to stock companies used for publishing and for sale. Below are a few interesting shots from the past.
Videography
Videography is another hobby that I enjoy spending time on. Below are two of my favorite videos. I wanted to give my son and his friend a lasting memory of a great, fun weekend of camping. The other was shot in Yuma AZ with my brother in-law behind the wheel of his favorite toy...a RZR. I couldn't resist using the band Papa Roach as the music to pair with the video.
Fishing
Fishing is something I love to do but never seem to get enough time to do it. I was lucky once to have to opportunity to take a trip to Ontario, Canada. I would love to do that again. Also on my bucket list would be a trip to the Florida Keys for a little deep sea fishing, and maybe a trip to Alaska as well. My home away from home is Montauk State Park, where I fly fish for trout.
Smoking/Grilling
Another pastime I enjoy is smoking meats and grilling. Anything from hamburgers, hotdogs and brats, to ribs, pulled pork, chicken and salmon. I love to cook outside all year round. I use a pellet smoker for long cooks, and my trusty Weber grill for just about everything else.
